What is up everyone! I hope everyone had a great 1st of the month! Today I began my weight loss challenge, in hopes to losing 15-20lbs before my birthday (Dec 31).
Let’s begin by saying I am now back on supplements 💪. It’s been a great 2 1/2 yrs since I consumed any supplements. I wanted to see how my body would react to not consuming any creatine, pre-workout and bcaas. Surprisingly, throughout my 2 1/2 yrs., I was able to find my source of energy thru my meals and water intake. After a deep long cleanse, its 0-💯 time!
I’ve been really looking into @teamallmax for quite some time now and finally took the initiative in investing in their pre-work. Let me remind you it’s been 2 1/2yrs since I took any pre. I did a half scoop to be safe & boi it was🔥. I felt great, pumped and wired! Finished a great leg session and been cramping on my quads the whole entire night ♿.
