  • MONDAY: Chest, triceps
  • TUESDAY: Back, biceps
  • WEDNESDAY: Quads, calves
  • THURSDAY: Shoulders
  • FRIDAY: Arms
  • SATURDAY: Hamstrings, calves
  • SUNDAY: Rest

MEAL PLAN – Typical Week

Meal 1 – 4 large whole eggs, 150g extra lean ground beef, 1 medium fruit, 1 English muffin with almond butter
Meal 2 – 250g 0% plain greek yogurt, 1 scoop Isoflex chocolate peanut butter, 90g oats, 100g blue berries
Meal 3 – 250g cooked chicken, 250 g cooked white rice
Meal 4 – 250g cooked steak, 250 g cooked white rice
Meal 5 – 2 scoops Isoflex chocolate peanut butter, 1 scoop Isoflex chocolate peanut butter, 90g oats, 100g blue berries
