I was very active growing up and always involved in sports. I was a pitcher on a softball team and played soccer as well. Later in my teens I drifted away from athleticism. After having my son January 2017, I started working out at home and lifting in my garage.

My family has always been involved in sports. It’s something I grew up with 🙂

I like pretty much everything – hip hop, rap, rock, pop, r&b. It depends on my mood, sometimes I don’t listen to music at all and like to focus on the mind to muscle connection.

  • Day 1 – Legs
  • Day 2 – Chest/Bis/Tris
  • Day 3 – Shoulders/Calves
  • Day 4 – Back
  • Meal 1 – 45 g of oats, banana, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1 scoop of Hexapro Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein


    Meal 2 – 120 g of chicken breast, 150 g of rice or potato, 100 g of vegetables


    Meal 3 – 150 g of white rice, 120 g of ground beef, 100 g of vegetables

    Meal 4 – 120 g of chicken breast, 45 g of oats, ½ cup blueberries

    Meal 5 – ALLMAX Protein Snack Bar, or a shake

    Meal 6 – 150 g of rice or potato, 120 g of steak or salmon, 100 g of vegetables

    Meal 7 – 1 cup of egg whites or 1 scoop of Hexapro Protein
