MEET KASS GILLIS
I was very active growing up and always involved in sports. I was a pitcher on a softball team and played soccer as well. Later in my teens I drifted away from athleticism. After having my son January 2017, I started working out at home and lifting in my garage.

Meal 2 – 120 g of chicken breast, 150 g of rice or potato, 100 g of vegetables
Meal 3 – 150 g of white rice, 120 g of ground beef, 100 g of vegetables
