I played lacrosse & ran cross country throughout middle school/high school. During my college years, I loved long-distance running and ran 6 half marathons, and 4 full marathons and qualified for the Boston Marathon. I then started to fall in love with weight training and was interested in learning how to fuel my body properly. I hired a coach and competed in my first bodybuilding competition in 2014 in the Bikini Division. I continued to grow and gain more knowledge over the next several years, transitioned to Figure, and then finally the Women’s Physique Division in 2019.

Other than bodybuilding, I also have worked in healthcare for over 8 years as a Registered Nurse and now as an Advanced Practice Nurse in critical care/internal medicine. My passion is in Wellness & Holistic Medicine and my ultimate goal is to open my own Wellness Center.
