A Great Holiday Protein Treat!
1/4 cup ALLMAX Chocolate Mint ISOFLEX
12 pitted Medjool dates
1 cup gluten free old fashioned oats
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Stevia to taste
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup almonds
4 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, process the pitted dates until chopped and sticky.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until combined and slightly sticky
- Press mixture down into the prepared loaf pan to make even.
- Cover and freeze for 15 minutes or until set and cut into 6 large bars or 12 small bars.
