ISOFLEX Cookies and Cream Protein Mug Cake
Everyone loves a good mug cake, especially with the added bonus of protein! Here’s our version of a delicious and healthy mug cake using our new Cookies and Cream ISOFLEX Protein! 100% ALLMAX APPROVED, DELICIOUS and good for you!
Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop ISOFLEX Cookies and Cream Protein
- 2 Tbsp Oat Flour
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 Tsp Truvia
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 3 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Egg Whites
Frosting:
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Fat-free Cream Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Truvia
- 1-2 Drops Butter Extract
Preparation:
- Lightly grease a large coffee mug with cooking spray or coconut oil.
- In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients then add wet ingredients until combined.
- Pour into mug and microwave 1:45-2:00 minutes.
- While mug cake is cooking, mix together frosting in a separate bowl and set aside.
- Turn out your mug cake on a plate to cool.
- Once cooled, frost mug cake with frosting.
Enjoy!
Optional: Decorate with chocolate chips and sugar-free chocolate syrup.
