- 1 scoop ISOFLEX Strawberry Protein
- 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Raspberry Honey
- 1/3 cup No Sugar Added Strawberry Jam
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- Melt coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds, take out and stir
- Then microwave again for another 30 seconds until liquid
- Mix in peanut butter, honey, protein powder and vanilla to create a mixture
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture, smoothing out evenly with a spatula
- Swirl in the jam with a fork or a knife to create a marbling effect on top of the mixture
- Freeze for at least an hour.
- Then cut into pieces and enjoy!
Note: Store in the freezer for up to 6 months
