- 1 scoop ISOTRU Protein Powder
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- sprinkles (optional)
- Whisk the butter and sugar until light and fluffy in a bowl. Add in the egg and vanilla extract and whisk again until smooth to form a batter.
- Sift protein powder, flour, baking powder, and salt into the bowl of batter and then mix with a spatula. Then fold in your sprinkles.
- Cover the bowl of batter with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for 2 hours to form a dough-like consistency.
- Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the dough from the fridge and roll into medium-sized balls and spread out on a baking tray with non-stick spray on it. (Serving size of 9 cookies).
- Bake for 15 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for 1-3 minutes then enjoy!
