Why is ALLWHEY Gold better than other products out there?
At ALLMAX we’re serious about protein. And if you’re reading this, it means you’re serious too. It means you didn’t just buy the first non-name brand you saw. We’ve been providing the highest quality, most premium protein for nearly 15 years. We took full advantage of all that knowledge and passion for the fitness industry and poured it into creating the best isolate/concentrate on the market.
We recognize that there are just certain things you shouldn’t have to sacrifice – and taste is one of them. We hit the lab hard and tested and rejected over 50 flavor versions before reaching a final panel of five unparalleled tastes. You will have never enjoyed taking your protein more than with the taste of ALLWHEY Gold.
If there was a way to indulge that didn’t deprive your fitness goals, we were going to find it – and we did. ALLWHEY Gold has been formulated with the most superior blend of whey protein available – cross-flow, ultra-filtered, non-denatured whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate – and doesn’t contain ANY banned substances, gluten, added sugars, or added aminos.
It features reduced the lactose so it’s easier on the stomach. Other protein powders on the market use less expensive protein grades that contain low yields of protein and include higher levels of lactose and fats, but ALLWHEY Gold boasts a whopping 80% yield – 24g of protein in every 30 g serving – that’s clean cut stuff that is immediately useable by your body thanks to added enzymes that support higher levels of protein digestion and absorption. Bottom line – it’s delicious going down, and helps build and repair muscles better than ever before.
How do I take ALLWHEY Gold?
Blend, mix or shake 1 rounded scoop (~30 grams) of ALLWHEY Gold protein powder in any of the 5 flavors with 200 ml of water or low-fat milk (many use water or skim milk), depending on your preference, at any time during the day that you need a protein boost.
Many athletes who have a higher protein requirement choose to double each serving with 2 scoops of ALLWHEY Gold with 1 3/4 cups, (or 400 ml) water, increasing the protein to 48 g of protein. ALLWHEY Gold is yours to enjoy in a way that fits your lifestyle and fitness needs.

As a Meal Replacement
The growth of lean muscle mass is catalyzed by protein consumption. To ensure you’re getting a high protein meal, you can use 1-2 scoops of ALLWHEY Gold as a meal replacement. It’s tasty enough that you can add it to other meals as well such as oatmeal or pancakes. Take a look at some of our recipes!
Do I have to use a blender to mix up my ALLWHEY Gold protein powder?
No! ALLWHEY Gold is a champion mixer. If you want to throw in other ingredients to make a smoothie or some variation of a blended beverage, then blend away. Typically, a blender might be used to increase the creaminess of your shake, but the new formula for ALLWHEY Gold reaches milkshake-status instantaneously in a shaker cup. Convenience is another thing we know can’t be sacrificed – you have PRs to smash – and we know you’ll be impressed at how easy to mix ALLWHEY Gold is.
Will ALLWHEY Gold upset my stomach?
Often times, individuals who have gluten and lactose intolerances experience an upset stomach after consuming protein powders that contain those ingredients. Milk sugar is commonly used in protein powders as lactose is a known source of protein. ALLWHEY Gold is gluten free and most lactose is removed leaving only a small amount. Therefore, it becomes much easier to consume and digest and is tolerated well by pretty much everyone.
What digestion enhancing enzymes are used in ALLWHEY Gold?
ALLWHEY Gold is enhanced with the enzymes protease and bromelain. Proteins are relatively large chains of linked amino acids. In their native structure they are not able to pass through the small intestine. They need to be broken down into smaller peptides and eventually into amino acids so that the digestive tract can actively transport them into the blood stream. Bromelain has been used for centuries to reduce inflammation and to aid in digestion – it also helps the body better absorb nutrients.
As a side benefit, Bromelain has been used to fight off pain from inflammation and swelling, which is good news for your intense workouts since it can reduce muscle soreness and enhance muscle recovery, helping you push past plateaus and reach new levels.
Enhanced digestion means better absorption, which means you get a more efficient breakdown of usable protein to feed your muscles right away.
What is a “non-denatured intact protein fraction”?
“Denaturation” refers to a low bioavailability – or a limited amount of a given substance able to enter and affect the system. Denatured protein virtually changes its shape during its process and might lose some of its nutritional value. Our non-denatured intact protein is indeed in its purest form, and holds true to the same assembly and proportion of its original state so that you reap unadulterated benefits.
Can I still drink ALLWHEY Gold on non-training days?
Yes – we’re fully aware you’re going to want to enjoy the great taste of ALLWHEY Gold on off days too, and that’s okay. Monitor your own personal requirements and regular consumption, but an ALLWHEY Gold shake on an off day is a perfectly good way to get some more protein into your diet to help continue the fat burning and muscle building process.
A good rule of thumb to make sure you are not only keeping your gains but GROWING is to make sure you are getting a good feed of protein every 4 hours. How much protein you need depends on how big you are and how often and intensely you train. Research conducted with hard training athletes generally indicates between 1 and 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight per day.
If you’re right in the middle at180 lbs. bodyweight then that’s 1.5g Protein x 180 lbs. Bodyweight = 270g total. If you are trying to get your protein every four hours, 8am, 45g – 12pm, 45g – 4pm, 45g – 8pm, 45g – 12pm 90g. Of course the reason for the larger 90g feed is the 8 hour time frame while sleeping.
Does my protein requirement go up if I am recovering from injury, or for any other reason other than exercise?
Your protein requirement is specific to your goals and your lifestyle. Protein can absolutely help rebuild your muscles after injury and especially for those who have to ease their way back into exercise, ALLWHEY Gold is a great low-calorie option to get all of the good without the bad. ALLWHEY Gold is also extra efficient in terms of nutrient delivery, which will be helpful to repairing and recovering muscles as well.
If you are competing or training hard, your muscles need more fuel, and your protein requirement will increase. If you suffer from blood sugar or metabolic problems, incorporating more protein into your diet may indeed benefit you. Likely, there is a protein benefit that will line up in some area of your life – but be sure to monitor your personal needs.
