1/3 cup Allmax Hexapro vanilla whey protein powder

1/8 cup powdered peanut butter

3/4 tbsp sugar free vanilla pudding mix

3/4 tbsp monk fruit sweetener

3/4 tbsp coconut flour

1/4 tbsp baking soda

1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt

1/4 cup egg whites

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

10-12 holiday M&Ms

1/2 tbsp holiday sprinkles
Directions
Pre-heat the oven at 350F.
In a bowl, add all dry ingredients.
- All purpose flour
- Vanilla protein powder
- Powdered peanut butter
- Sugar feee vanilla pudding mix
- Sweetener
- Coconut flour
- Baking soda
Add the wet ingredients.
- Fat free greek yogurt
- Egg whites
- Unsweetened applesauce
Spray oil on a small cast iron skillet.
Pour the cookie batter onto the skillet.
Top with holiday M&Ms and sprinkles.
Bake for 15 minutes.
