Directions
In a microwave safe bowl, combine all wet ingredients. Fold in the protein powder.
Microwave for 30 seconds. Check and stir, then repeat again for another 30 seconds. It will depend on your microwave and the depth of your bowl. Don't worry if the middle is still wet it will set in the fridge. For my microwave it was 2 minutes.
Top with your favorite toppings and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
This is best served cold and enjoy chilled!
