I love nature and the living sciences. One of my favorite things to do between contest preps is escape to the mountains and high forests. I have also enjoyed summiting many high peaks.

There’s a motto, “Big backs win shows.” This couldn’t be more true. 4 out of 5 competition events will heavily involve the back. Deadlift will always be king.

Too much! 5 pairs of lifting straps in various sizes, Knee and Elbow Sleeves, 2 pairs of knee wraps, wrist wraps, a hip circle, floss bands, ammonia smelling salts, leather stone sleeves, stone tacky, oly lifters, lever belt, soft belt, 2 shakers (intra and post), snacks…. Who knows what else?
Watched it as a kid with my dad and grandpa. Finally found my way to it wanting to get stronger on the rugby field.
Depending on the workout and mood, usually: Rock, Metal, or Trance.
Getting stuck in conversations when in the middle of training.
