Growing up I was always an athletic tomboy who loved playing sports. In high school, I played a variety of sports including volleyball, basketball, and track and field (pole vaulting.) As a runner in high school, I got so burnt out that I decided to pursue a new sport, Bodybuilding.

I started going to the gym at the start of my college career. I was an avid gym-goer but didn’t understand nutrition or how to train properly, so I found a coach in 2016 to help me compete in my first bikini competition. The rest is history. I fell in love with the sport and dedicated my years in college to compete. After competing in over 14+ shows and falling short of becoming an IFBB Pro, I took 2 full years off to build my best physique possible, and in the summer of 2021, I finally earned my Pro Card and title of Miss USA.

On being an ALLMAX ATHLETE

Being an ALLMAX ATHLETE has been my dream ever since I started bodybuilding. Allmax was a brand that I always chose even when I worked with other supplement companies. Not only does the team make me feel so welcomed, but a part of the family. Being an Allmax athlete to me means choosing a company that I will forever stand by.

How did you get into bodybuilding?

I was an athlete in high school but my father actually introduced me to the weight room. He was always so adamant that I gain weight because I was a runner. I fell in love with the gym and wanted to level up my physique so I decided to do my first bikini competition in 2016.

What do you listen to when you work out?

Rock/alternative/pop-punk all the way! Some of my favorites are: A Day to Remember, Knuckle Puck, The Story So Far, Bless the Fall, Panic at the Disco. Sometimes EDM.

Biggest gym pet peeve?
When people sit on their phone on the machine when I need to use it.
