I was a gymnast and a cheerleader throughout high school so when I graduated I needed to find something in its place. Around the same time I found Michelle Lewin’s Instagram and was amazed by her physique! So I got a gym membership, studied her videos and went to work! Once I started to see results from my hard work I was hooked. I then started doing my own research on workouts and nutrition and decided to get my personal trainer certification
I listen to a random mix of music! Rap, edm, rock, hip hop. Anything that has a good beat and makes me wanna move
When people use the machine you need next as a lounge chair!! Checking their texts, and social media. I’ve even seen someone sitting on the abducter machine reading a newspaper! HUGE pet peeve
