There’s not a lot to say about these other than, amazing! These high protein turkey and sweet potato burger patties are super lean, and packed with good carbs and a ton of protein. A delicious, calorie dense, muscle building food.
Makes 4 patties
- 16 oz Ground Turkey
- 1 Scoop IsoNatural Original
- Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb (to taste)
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 Small Sweet Potato
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
- Form into 4 evenly sized patties.
- Heat oven to 380° and bake for 15-20 minutes (or grill!).
