Steps: | 1. Preheat oven to 335 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. 2. Add the bananas to a medium sized bowl and then mash with a fork. 3. Next add the wet ingredients in with the mashed bananas and mix well. 4. In a second large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients. 5. Next add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix together with a spatula until well combined to create a batter. 6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick or knife comes out clean in the centre of the banana bread. |
