- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup MEAL PREP Banana Nut Bread
- 2 banana
- ½ cup liquid egg whites
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 4 date, pitted dates
- 1 handful walnuts, chopped
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Preheat at 335 F. Blend all ingredients together.
- Pour the batter in a bread muffin mold.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
